Low sleeping is the main cause of child obesity: researchers

One study has found that the children who take less sleep than every night, are likely to grow fat.

Researchers have found that if children do not meet at least eight hours every night, they lose 58% of their weight.

University of Shakk University says that there is a clear connection between low sleep and obesity.

According to official figures, almost half of the primary school children in the UK have a significantly overweight.

But the new research in awe, which has been reviewed by 42 old experiences, shows that the growing problem in children can be solved easily.

According to instructions, between 4 to 11 months, lion infants should take at least 12 hours sleep.

While the gangster should sleep between 11 to 14 hours and children with pre-school should take 10 to 13 hours of sleep.

Six to 13 years of age should be taken for sleep at least 9 hours but not more than 11 hours. And children between 13 and 19 years should sleep between 8 to 10 hours.
