Mobile Device Idity Fusion, Registration and Blocking Regulation System is a system that will help in stolen and smuggled mobile phones in Pakistan. This system has been introduced under the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority on Thursday.
This system will use a special type of number (IMEI code) for identification and monitoring of mobile phones. (IMII) Code International Mobile Development Identity Number is given to each mobile for its identification.
IMII codes of illegal or stolen mobile phones provide relevant mobile network companies to disable these phones.
This system can reduce theft of mobileft and trafficking. This system will first disable mobile phones and in other parts that will be used mobile will monitor them. Under this system, users will also be able to find out their mobile phone status.
In addition, this system will formally validate a valid mobile phone list, in which a PTA-verified user ID number will be listed with its mobile phone IMII code.
Such a system is being used in many countries and it has also achieved positive results.
